Board Game Pieces

Oh hey there dev! You're making a board game? That's awesome! I've got some assets here if you'd like. They're pretty handy stand ins for your block out phase of development! 

There's 3 happening space pieces, 2 event space pieces, 3 player pieces, 2 flags, and 3 die. This set includes some basic textures for materials (they're just colors). You can always do this in engine yourself but these textures are great for presetting up your materials up for future final assets!

Want some ideas? Here's a few!

1. Make a Unity board game where they players have to battle each other. They can choose to flee an area with the running player piece or stay to explore with the standing player piece.
2. A player in your game wants to investigate an area but not physically visit it yet. Allow them to place a rectangular flag on safe unexplored areas they've investigated NPCs about, and triangular flags on unsafe unexplored areas.
3. Make your own version of Mario Party and use these as blockout pieces to focus more on your game's Design while developing it's GDD.
4. Make a 3D exploration game and when players need to view the map, they can view cool mini-map that has indicators using the happening pieces (!?-->) to figure out where the closest event is occurring. They can also star places they want to visit, flag trading/shop areas, or place standing player pieces for where NPCs are located.
5. Challenge for New Developers! Practice your first Unity game by creating a rolling dice game where the players battle each other. The person who reaches the goal number first wins. Add special  or secret rules like snake eyes to grant players other ways to win.
