Updated Genshin Asset Package

SKEWER UPDATE

Noticed the skewer texture was missing from the Genshin Throwables Package. The zip file now contains the "SkewerStick" texture. I apologize for not noticing this for so long! The T.I.T.S software found the texture in a a different folder so it appeared when testing. It fooled me D:
